With five years of experience in general civil litigation at his previous firm, Brish has developed a passion for creating a new, more nimble and accessible legal services model. By combining cutting-edge software, maintaining low overhead, and drawing on his 6+ years as a paralegal, 5+ years as an attorney, and 7+ years as a pastor, along with support from his community, he has crafted an evolving people-centered legal practice. He aims to reshape the provision of legal services and improve access to justice for a better tomorrow.

As our Legal Services Navigator, Timeka serves as the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our tech-forward law firm in Santa Clara County. Timeka is a San Jose State University Criminal Justice graduate who brings a wealth of administrative experience from many years as an independent virtual assistant. She is also a notary public in the state of CA. She is committed to helping our clients stay informed about the ins and outs of their cases.

As our Certified Law Student, Archanaa supports our legal team in delivering thoughtful and efficient client service. She is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at Syracuse University College of Law and is authorized to assist with legal research, drafting, and case preparation under attorney supervision. Archanaa brings a strong academic foundation and a detail-oriented approach to her work. She is committed to developing her legal skills while contributing meaningfully to the firm’s mission of providing high-quality, client-focused representation.

As a Legal Assistant at Brish Miller Law, Naomi supports the firm’s attorneys and clients through case organization, document preparation, communication, and day-to-day administrative assistance. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with a degree in Legal Studies. With a strong foundation in the legal field and a commitment to organization and client service, she helps support the firm’s goal of providing accessible, responsive, and client-centered legal services. 

As a Legal Assistant at Brish Miller Law, Angela supports the firm’s attorneys and clients through organization, case filings, communication, and client intakes. She earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of San Francisco, along with a minor in Legal Studies, and is currently pursuing her Master's in Public Administration at San Jose State University. With her background in sociology, legal studies, and public service, Angela brings a thoughtful and people-centered approach to supporting clients and helping the firm provide accessible, responsive, and client-focused legal services. 

As a Legal Assistant at Brish Miller Law, Allison supports the firm’s daily operations through administrative assistance, client communication, case organization, and social media management. She earned her Associate Degree in Political Science from De Anza College and is currently a third-year student at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she is continuing her studies in Political Science. With an interest in the legal field and a strong background in organization and communication, Allison helps keep the firm running efficiently while also supporting its community outreach and online presence.
